Triple 50th wedding anniversary for friends

"A bride usually likes her friends around her as she walks down the aisle.

But Elva Norris had to make do without hers. They were both too busy being brides themselves.

Fifty years later the three friends who married one after another in the same church on the same day, finally had the chance to celebrate together.

Maisie Poulton and Dorothy Kelly joined Mrs Norris at a party to mark their shared golden anniversary."
